HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR LAX TRAINING HUB?

COMING SOON! Simply visit app.laxtraininghub.com and choose whether you're signing up as a Player or Coach. We use secure authentication to create your account quickly and safely.

IS THERE A MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT?

Players must be at least 13 years old to create an account. For users under 18, parent or guardian consent is required. Coaches must be at least 18 years old and complete our verification process.

What's the difference between being a player and a coach?

When you first sign up, you can choose to join as a player (looking for training) or as a coach (offering training services). Players can search for coaches, book sessions, and manage their training schedule. Coaches can create profiles, set availability, manage rates, and accept bookings from players.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO USE LAX TRAINING HUB?

Creating an account is free for both players and coaches. Players pay only for the training sessions they book, with prices set by individual coaches. There are no monthly fees or hidden charges.

Booking & sessions

HOW DO I BOOK A TRAINING SESSION?

Browse available coaches, view their profiles and availability, select a time slot that works for you, and complete secure payment through Stripe. You'll receive instant SMS confirmation with all session details.

What types of training sessions are available?

We offer both individual (1-on-1) and group training sessions. Group sessions accommodate 2-10 players and are perfect for teams or friends training together. We're also planning to add Events and Camps in the future for larger groups.

How far in advance can I book sessions?

You can book sessions based on each coach's available time slots. Session requests (for custom times) must be made at least 4 hours in advance to give coaches adequate notice.

Can I request a specific time that's not available?

Yes! Use our Session Request feature to ask coaches about custom times. Your request includes your preferred date, time, and any special requirements. Coaches can accept and create a custom session just for you.

PAYMENTS & CANCELLATIONS

How do payments work?

All payments are processed securely through Stripe at the time of booking. We accept all major credit cards and ensure your payment information is never stored on our servers.

What's your cancellation policy?

You can cancel sessions up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session may incur fees, though coaches may offer makeup sessions at their discretion.

What happens if my coach cancels?

If a coach needs to cancel, you'll automatically receive a full refund processed through Stripe, and we'll send you an SMS notification immediately. Refunds typically appear in your account within 3-5 business days.

Are there any platform fees?

Platform service fees may apply and will always be clearly disclosed before you complete your booking. There are no surprise charges.

COMMUNICATION & NOTIFICATIONS

How will I receive updates about my sessions?

We send SMS text messages for all important updates including booking confirmations, cancellations, session reminders, and payment confirmations. By creating an account, you consent to receive these essential communications.

Can I opt out of text messages?

You can reply "STOP" to any message to unsubscribe, or manage your preferences in your account settings. However, opting out may affect your ability to receive important booking and safety notifications.

Do I need to pay for text messages?

LAX Training Hub doesn't charge for SMS messages, but standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.

FOR COACHES

How do I become a coach on LAX Training Hub?

Visit app.laxtraininghub.com and select "Coach" to begin the registration process. You'll complete a profile, upload credentials, set your rates and availability, and go through our verification process including background checks.

Do I need to set my schedule immediately?

No! Our onboarding process allows you to complete your profile first and set your availability when you're ready. This reduces friction for new coaches who want to explore the platform before committing to specific times.

How do I get paid?

Payments are processed through Stripe and transferred to your linked bank account. You set your own rates, and we handle all payment processing securely.

Can I cancel sessions I've confirmed?

Yes, coaches can cancel confirmed sessions through their dashboard. When you cancel, affected students automatically receive full refunds and SMS notifications with your cancellation reason.

SAFETY & VERIFICATION

How do you ensure coach quality and safety?

All coaches complete background verification, provide proof of coaching credentials or experience, and agree to maintain professional standards. We require all sessions to occur in public, safe locations.

What safety measures are in place for minors?

For players under 18, parent/guardian consent is required for both account creation and SMS communications. Parents receive comprehensive information about coaches and session details. All training must occur in public locations with appropriate supervision.

How do you handle disputes or concerns?

Contact us immediately through team@laxtraininghub.com for any safety concerns or disputes. We respond to all inquiries within 7 business days and take all safety matters seriously.

TECHNICAL FEATURES

Do I need to download an app?

No app download required! LAX Training Hub works seamlessly in any web browser on your phone, tablet, or computer. Just visit app.laxtraininghub.com to access all features.

How do real-time updates work?

Our platform uses advanced WebSocket technology to provide instant updates to your calendar and bookings. When coaches add new availability or make changes, you'll see updates immediately without refreshing the page.

Can I sync with my calendar?

Our calendar system provides real-time synchronization across all your devices. While we don't currently export to external calendars, you'll always have up-to-date information through our platform.
